In order to interact with the hosts or book you must create a account to receive notifications and create a profile etc. you can click on the top right portion of the page under Register/Sign in or click on Request to book on one of the listings.
Create a Profile
after you sign up you must create a profile there are two parts
the top section is for hosts to see that includes, display name, photo,description
the bottom section is for chrental only you must fill in all sections including a photo, once you are done click new upon which you must fill in your address
finding a rental
you are all set! to find a rental, enter location where you are looking to stay in the search bar (photo #1) , to get a better search result fill in a address in the location (Photo #2) enter the dates you are looking for as well
another choice you have is to click a location on the front page
you will now see your search result with a map to use as guidance
note that in a search result all listings show up and are in order of closest location so do not get confused by another location showing up
click on the sort by button on the top of the page to filter search results
for example if you are looking for a place for 2 people click on 2-4 beds range
once you have chosen a rental You will see details about it
Click here to contact the owner and send him a message with dates and amount of people staying at his home

Message the host
if you see the request to book that means the host wants you to converse first so there are no double bookings
enter the dates you are looking for and click request to book
you enter a personal chat with that host, you can ask questions or send extra details, once you are ready to book ask the host to send you a offer
if you agree to the details click accept offer, you will go to a page for payments
Our payments our processed through paypal, your payment is sent directly to the owner at no time do we hold the money as a result chrental is in no way responsible for any issues
you can pay by credit card through paypal
after you stay with your host be sure to leave a review about your stay.
on the top right corner of the screen click your profile and confirmations
if you have to cancel you must contact the owner many hosts have a cancellation policy be sure to look at it or ask and ask him to refund you As mentioned Chrental is not involved in the transaction hopefully there will not be any disagreement but if there is disputes we might help with arranging a
settlement or it can result in someone being banned from our system.
with regards to deposits which are usually returned to the guest they are not done via the platform, if the host or guest wish for chrental to hold the deposit for both parties we might do it.
